If you want to keep the 2 acres the developers are trying to take from Porter Ranch, then submit your comments on this proposal! Read this very excellent letter the PRNC drafted for possible entry as a comment. They may or may not submit it (needs to be voted on by them) but even if THEY don't, we all can draw on it for our own comments. We at SPR COMPLETELY AGREE with the concerns in the letter.

 


Your comments should be on points of code, laws, precedent, documentation, etc.  Comments such as "I don't like it", "I don't want it", "It will ruin xyz" etc. are not that useful at this point, but don't let that discourage you from submitting those.  We suggest you tie that to some of the city codes, PR Specific Plan documents etc.  Some of the related documents are included below.


SUBMIT YOUR WRITTEN COMMENTS  and/or COME TO THE HEARING


City Planner and the developers even want to amend the PR Specific Plan to accommodate the developers' needs.  Mitch Englander helped them do this.  What about the existing agreements?  What will they give away to developers next?  Another land giveaway is already planned for the Hidden Creeks Estates project.  It's just endless!  We have to stop the City from giving all this away.
